Notice pursuant to article 13 of the privacy code(Legislative decree codified law on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data)
Dear user,
We wish to inform you, pursuant to article 13 of law number 196 of 30 june 2003 laying down the consolidated text of the laws concerning the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, that the information on data you provide in completing the form of the site and e-mails sent will be subject to treatment, in compliance with the provisions mentioned above and obligations of confidentiality that inspire the farm, in the person of the owner, located in the district Acquabianca, Francavilla In Sinni (PZ).

Under article 13 of the code we provide the following information:

We inform you that the provision of data is optional, but their failure to do we make it impossible to meet its demands. Also it’s entirely optional and not mandatory consent to the processing of personal data to develop studies, research, market statistics; send advertising and information; send commercial information and for the processing of sensitive data such as allergies, intolerances, etc.
The data controller is the Acquabianca farm in the person of the owner, located in the district Acquabianca, Francavilla In Sinni (PZ). The data will be stored at the premises of the owner, for the time defined by the relevant regulations.
We also inform you that these data will be collected, processed and stored in full compliance with the provisions of article 31 and following of the privacy code and the technical specifications regardind minimum security, measures, annex B to the code.
With reference to the portal technology and/or techniques to access information stored in the terminal equipment of a subscriber or user to store information or to monitor user’s activities, we inform you that this will happen only for legitimate purpose related to technical storage of data for the time strictly necessary for the transmission of communication or the provision of answers you requested.
Please note that even if the operational capability of these systems tracking/marker web bronsing, the user always has the option to deactivate the operation changing the settings on your browser, and in any case may object to this type of treatment communicating to the holder.
To data controller you can turn at any time, without formal obligations ( by email, phone or fax), or using the model prepared by the guarantor for the protection of personal data ( available at www.garanteprivacy.it), in order to enforce your rights as provided for in article 7 of the code, wich for your convenience is reproduced in full:
art. 7 (Right of access to the personal information and other rights).
- You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
- You have the right to know the source:
- Of the personal data
- Of the purpose and methods of treatment
- Of the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic
- Of the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5 par. 2
- Of the the subjects and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the state, managers or agents.
- You have the right to obtain:
- The update, correction or, when interested, integration of data.
- The cancellation, anonymization, or blocking of data in violation of the law, including those which are not required to be held for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
- The confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been made known, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in cases where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
- You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
- For legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him self relevant to the purpose of collection
- To the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
